BTAA Secretary Tricia Berman is now working on the detailed three year project plan and will be contacting our partners and establishing the project team for this exciting initiative.

BTAA has received $85K under this grant from Cancer Australia toward this project.

The outcome will be new information materials to support those newly diagnosed with brain tumours, their carers and family in languages other than English.

Our grant will develop new information resources to help improve the health and quality of life outcomes for people with brain tumours from culturally linguistically and diverse communities, including Arabic, Greek, Chinese, Vietnamese and Easy English.

We will expand the range of languages as the project progresses over three years.
